I have run through all the options I am aware of. IN control panel, it shows driver unavailable. When I looked in device manager, the printer doesn't show up on the list of printers but as an other device and a WSD printer provider. I know the printer is ok because it connects to the other computers, just not my laptop. I am connecting through my wireless network. I have downloaded the recent software package from HP with no results. I keep getting the message that the printer is installed but the driver is unavailable. I have run Print and Scan doctor, removed all related software, restarted the computer and tried again. 
I had no difficulty installing it on my desktop or my husband's laptop running Win 10 however, it will not install on my laptop. I am trying to install this printer on my Dell laptop running Win 10.
